Clear expectations for projects, subscriptions, hosting, and support.

About these terms
BluGem LLC operates BluGem and Ailuno. These terms explain the services offered through our marketing sites and the use of our demonstration websites. The scope, price, delivery arrangements, and any specific conditions in the order or proposal you accept govern your project. An agreed written project term takes priority over a general statement here. Browsing a site or contacting us does not place an order. These marketing-site terms do not govern LUX memberships or Cold Call Desk accounts.
Scope, timing, and your materials
Your selected package or accepted proposal defines the deliverables. Please supply the information, feedback, and access needed for the agreed work, and only provide content you own or have permission to use. Timelines depend on the confirmed scope and receipt of the necessary materials. Delivery dates and revision arrangements are confirmed for the project; extra work or a change of scope is quoted before it proceeds. Digital deliverables are supplied through the delivery method agreed with you.
Websites and landing pages
The packages on websites.blugem.io are $1,999 USD setup plus $199 per month for a business website with a contact form and appointment booking, or $499 USD setup plus $49 per month for a single landing page without a contact form or booking. Setup is charged at purchase. The first monthly hosting and maintenance payment begins 30 days after purchase, then recurs monthly until canceled. The checkout shows the amount and billing schedule before payment. Any separately quoted project, including one agreed through Ailuno, follows its accepted order.
Cancellation, hosting, and transfers
For the BluGem website and landing-page subscriptions, use Manage billing to cancel. Hosting and maintenance end on the cancellation date shown in your billing portal. There is no fee simply to cancel. Arrange alternative hosting before that date if you want the site to remain online; cancellation does not automatically transfer the site.
Optional assisted transfers cost $199–$499 USD for a standard move to a compatible host, including configuration and testing. Compatibility and the exact quote are confirmed for your approval before work starts. New hosting and third-party service fees are separate. Rebuilds or platform conversions require a separate quote. Transferable files, licenses, and connected services are confirmed as part of the handoff.
Property walkthroughs
A walkthrough costs $499 USD once for one property, with no subscription. It includes an approximately 60-second illustrative video created from your supplied property photos and a finished digital file. Send your listing link and photos you have permission to use to hello@blugem.io, using the email address entered at checkout. AI-generated motion is illustrative; review the result for accurate representation of the property before using it in advertising. No on-site filming is included. BluGem is independent of Zillow and Airbnb, and use on another platform remains subject to that platform’s rules.
AI agents and voice agents
The Business AI Agent and AI Voice Receptionist packages follow the scope, setup price, monthly care, and usage exclusions shown on their offer pages and confirmed before payment. Monthly care starts after 30 days. Software, API, phone, and voice usage costs are separate as disclosed in the offer. Monthly care can be canceled at the end of the paid service period; BluGem-managed hosting or automations stop then. Contact us before that date to discuss migration or call forwarding. Migration work is quoted before it begins.
AI outputs can be incorrect. Approve the business information, actions, and handoff rules used in your project, and provide appropriate human review. Voice agents are not emergency services. Recording, messaging, and use of customer data must follow the permissions and disclosures applicable to the deployed service.
Agency projects and ongoing partnerships
For the agency work described on blugem.io, a fixed quote confirms deliverables, timeline, revision rounds, and acceptance criteria. A 50% deposit starts project work and the balance is due on agreed delivery. Standard agency retainers have a three-month minimum, then continue month to month with 30 days’ notice, unless a different term is agreed in writing. This agency-retainer minimum does not replace the cancellation terms of the separate website or agent packages. Ailuno projects follow their accepted quote and the terms disclosed on its pricing page. Advertising, software, licenses, platform fees, usage, and other third-party costs are separate where stated. Revenue, search rankings, leads, and conversion results are not guaranteed.
Payments, cancellations, and refund requests
Prices are in USD unless your accepted order states otherwise. Review the final checkout or invoice, including any tax treatment and recurring charges, before paying. To request a project cancellation, report a billing mistake, or ask for a refund, email hello@blugem.io with your order or receipt and the issue. Requests are reviewed against the agreed scope, work delivered, any accepted cancellation terms, and applicable law. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals according to its cancellation date; it does not itself issue a refund. Nothing here limits refund or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Content, ownership, and demonstrations
You retain your rights in the materials you provide and authorize us to use them to perform the agreed work. Deliverable ownership, licenses, third-party components, and access handoffs follow your accepted project agreement and applicable license terms. A sample is an illustration of design and functionality, not a promise that every displayed feature is included in every package.
The brands and service claims in our sample websites are concepts. Demo interactions do not contact a contractor or create a real appointment. Use fictional details. The Privacy Policy explains the difference between local-only forms on samples.blugem.io and saved submissions on the original standalone RIDGE Roofing concept site. Do not use the sites to upload unlawful material, violate others’ rights, interfere with services, or bypass security controls.
Communications and text messages
You can contact us by email, phone, or the messaging links shown on the site. Opening a contact link, making a purchase, or accepting service terms does not enroll you in promotional texts. For requested SMS follow-ups, message frequency depends on your request and replies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the separate SMS Terms for the BluGem follow-up program and the Privacy Policy for data handling.
Questions and changes

A website update does not silently replace the terms of an already accepted project; material changes to ongoing paid services will be communicated before they take effect.
